ODH DQA Online Business Processing

Health Care Providers & Suppliers:  Secure access for long-term care facilities (nursing homes and residential care facilities), non long-term care facilities (hospice, health care facilities, home health agencies, etc.), adult care facilities and Nurse Aide Training Competency (NATCEP) entities to complete business processes online. These processes include, but are not limited to, renewing licenses/programs, submitting payments, updating information (e.g., nurse aide employment roster information, facility demographics, etc.), registering for events/training, viewing/receiving bulletin board notifications, and submitting facility self-reported incidents of abuse, neglect and misappropriation. Environmental Abatement Licensing System (EALS):  The Ohio Department of Health has developed a secure on-line application for lead and asbestos licensed and approved companies and individuals to assist in complying with the requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code. Asbestos contractors can submit, update and pay for prior notifications. Lead contractors can submit and update prior notifications. Lead inspectors, risk assessors and clearance technicians can submit monthly summaries. Lead and Asbestos training providers can submit and revise training prior notifications.
