Environmental Abatement Licensing System (EALS):  The Ohio Department of Health has developed a secure on-line application for lead and asbestos licensed and approved companies and individuals to assist in complying with the requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code. Asbestos contractors can submit, update and pay for prior notifications. Lead contractors can submit and update prior notifications. Lead inspectors, risk assessors and clearance technicians can submit monthly summaries. Lead and Asbestos training providers can submit and revise training prior notifications.
