2009 Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) Quality Forums

One day quality forums are being held to discuss current issues with Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing and Maintenance Supervisors (limited to two participants per facility, advance registration is required; first come, first serve basis).

Online Annual Hospital Registration - Third Year Online

Due March 1:  The electronic Annual Hospital Registration and Planning Report (AHR) online process has been available since 2007.  This online registration is provided via a secure log-in for hospitals registered by the Ohio Department of Health, Division of Quality Assurance.  A highlight of the core benefits are below.

-Registration form is accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection

-Requirement of submitting a notarized report is no longer necessary

-Immediate e-mail confirming submission of your Annual Hospital Registration

-Immediate e-mail confirming ODH approval of registration.  This e-mail contains your registration letter as an attachment.

Request an account here:  EIDC User Account Request.  Once you have an account, access the system by selecting Health Care Provider Online Business Processing at EIDC.  Once you have accessed the system, select Hospital Registration.

Nurse Aide Training Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP): Online access has been expanded to include electronic payment capability, submission of program re-approval applications, Report of changes, schedules, and trainee reports.  If you have questions regarding this release contact us at NATCEP@odh.ohio.gov or visit our program page at NATCEP Program Page.

Environmental Abatement & Licensing System (EALS)

Asbestos & Lead Professionals:  The initial online phase of this system provided the means for Asbestos Hazard Abatement Contractors to enter/update project information and submit payments electronically.  Functionality has been expanded to include lead licensees.  If you are interested in using the system or require an account change, submit a request here:  EALS User Account Request.
